Description of Services Provided:
Short-term Residential Crisis Stabilization Facilities for clients with severe and disabling mental illnesses in a mental health crisis.  Typically, a member of their treatment team, the Mental Health Unit or Montana State Hospital, refers a client to the program.  The houses have ten crisis beds and 2-3 male group home beds.  Crisis Residential programs have 24-hour awake staff, the assurance of safety, medication and symptom management, supportive interventions, therapy, structured activities and treatment planning.
